centro class action slater and gordon

Anyone involved in the Centro Class action through Slater and Gordon?

If so, I would like to ask a question regarding legal fees?

If you are part of a class action against Centro, win or lose, obviously there are legal fees involved.

Are the fees deducted from your compensation if they win? Also what if the legal fees exceed your compensation? Or is based on a sliding scale? Or are fees absorbed?

I believe Centro has agreed to a mediation process which will be held around June 30, 2009.

I also believe that Slater and Gordon have had an extremely large response from Centro investors
