    Just out on the wires:

    0506 GMT [Dow Jones] Centro Properties (CNP.AU) declines to comment on newspaper reports it plans to sell stakes in four Australian shopping centers worth A$1.15 billion and was in talks about three other malls, saying it would be inappropriate to comment before it finalizes its strategic review. A spokeswoman says asset and portfolio sales will be considered as part of CNP's review but declined further comment. Last trade up 4.5 cents to 28 cents. (ABH)
