Low cost, low rent malls? - I have recently heard from trusty source that Centro will soon be given the approval from local council to build a 3 storey shopping centre in Terrigal on the Central Coast - this will be the first major development of its kind in Terrigal. To me this property would generate premium rent as it is in a excellent position with a high tourism levels passing through each year (esp warmer months), the local residents are also considered as some of the weathiest on the Central Coast. Also the value of this would double within 10 years as this is a highly desireable position.
