MP what I'm saying is right now Terrigal can't support its' current growth (roads and the Sydneysiders that cruise up over the weekend) hey my son and I have to get up at sparrows to have a surf before we're invaded. Throw in a 3 storey shopping centre, and please it would be nice to see Centro here, and you're going to jam the place up like global credit market. I honestly see the marina on brisbane waters built before the shopping centre... IMO
