    I know their is a site next to Crowne Plaza that was vacant last Christmas when I was there but I am not sure what can be done at the Crowne, unless they are to redevelop the whole site.

    Kincumber needs more than a touch up. Its quite a big site (lots of car parking anyway for the customers around)and could be valuable in the future.
