    I am of the same opinion with Crowne Strem, but it was announced yesterday that Crowne will be undergoing a Refurb of all its rooms in Feb 09, set for completion in May09.

    Kincumber is undervalued IMO - so close to everything, If CNP were able to keep this property then I think it will be a great asset for them
