    mate, i live on the gold coast and centro owns the dregs. the good malls belong to westfield.

    their "assets" don't appeal to me. why would they be worth more to a potential buyer?

    all was good for centro when money was cheap and assets were expensive.

    now it's the other way around and centro is st*fd.
