You are being disingenuous.
Everything is relative and you need to conceptualise this idea. We have, on this forum discussed ad nauseum the "type" of properties Centro owns, runs and operates and we have at length identified that these are not "better" than those of Westfield. Just different.
Westfield, has a broader tenant base that focuses on high-end consumption and consumers. Centro's focus is on Consumer Staple type tenant, discount and variety stores. It is a different target market that is all. One that has different characteristics and offers different opportunities/threats at different points in the economic cycle.
The fact that they don't "appeal" to you is an ignorant comment that is baseless in nature and a lavish display of foolishness. You ought to concern yourself whether or INVESTING in CNP or CER appeals to you. Not whether a particular shopping centre or centres appeals to you. Are you inn the market to buy one of these directly? Perhaps, but unlikely. So what appeals to you in this regard is largely irrelevant.
