centro demoralised by lowball syndicate offer, page-33

Well I live in the Hunter area and my local town services a 30km square area up to 40km`s to the north. the town has doubled in the last 10yrs and Centros clients are the only post office in town,1 of 2 newsagencies , NIB , 1 dollar shop ,the only surf shop in town ,Woolworths who incedently are rumoured to be spending a couple of mill on the flooring plus Commonwealth Bank who is just about to move into new premmises,plus a host of other quality shops. So I woundn`t be saying that they are low cost rent malls.
