Anyway, what did the market expect? Of course the offers where going to be low-ball. It's a bid and offer situation.

The purchasors tried for a win-screw situation (not even a win-lose or a win-win) and as a result Centro didn't sell most of the properties. If buyers really want some of these assets, they will have to behave rationally.

I am of the believe that the window of opportunity will close relatively soon.
