The banks will eventually have to a) refinance all of CNP's debt somehow through the aid of debuntures or b) call in administrators if the management prove so incompetent as they have so far in selling assets.
Look at Allco, they have 1/20th the asset base of Centro yet they've managed 5 times more in asset sales than Centro have managed. And the assets they've offloaded aren't even cash-flow generating assets like shopping centres.
Bankers can see that!
In either case, shareholders will be roast. As is the case with Allco.
