    I hear what your saying but my point is that Centro had to put forward the asset sale plan to the banks (the banks didnt want to diminish the value of the service business), who else would have known the extent of Sub prime and capital raising issues for potential purchases better than the banks.

    IMO opinion, all decisions thus far have been made together and for this reason they will continue to support Centro. (we see hints of this already being the case...ie new directors, talk of the challengers ahead next year)

    Even ridiculous salaries I believe are supported by the banks....If the banks are going to inject money into a business they want to know that it will get managed well...
