Sale of Listed Investments - The Funds have exposure to listed investments, valued at $30 million in
the case of the DPF, and $10 million for the DPFI, as at 31 March 2008. These investments are liquid
and may be sold at any time. The exposure is mainly to CNP and CER which have significantly
decreased in value. We do not believe it is in the best interests of investors to dispose of these
investments at this time, but will monitor this on an ongoing basis
