i beleive some thing more is in the wind for cer
not many weeks ago i predicted a gain in the share price at that stage .24/25 was the average
its great that the intrested parties are willing to pay book value but they will buy for a profit and there is plenty of puff in cer.
look to the .40c and greater in the near future
