just got out of bed and saw the good news.

while the extension is excellent news, it's very disappointing the australian banks only agreed to a two month extension. i really don't understand what their problem is. the australian assets are better than the US assets, and the US is going through the biggest debt crisis in history and yet their lenders have been more cooperative and happy to extend until september. the australian banks need to wake up and follow the lead of their american counterparts.
