I think that your comment of there probably being more skeletons in the closet could prove be the final nail when it's all out in the open. Too much not disclosed and oh we should have added this etc. What seems to come out with time and audits in the past has never been great for company's in similar posistions.

But they maybe pretty clean and with the income able to pull it off. Too much risk for me.

Terrible to see people loose money on things like this and unfortunately it's not the first or last.
