Argh I'm totally sorry about that one after re reading your post, I think my pre coffee fueled brain combined yours and sarc's posts to read as one that was an attack on glen r. Having said that I do still personally dissagree with the idea that any company is too big to fail and on the note of cnp's bookeeping that kept cer from dilution, yes it did but it was also cnp and cer's pre glen spending that resulted in such a signifcant issue now, this is why I personally don't rate their bookkeeping as something fantastic. hope that made sence.
