    Well I just got smacked by EPN for my EDT holding with a compulsory acquisition.

    Hence seeing a figure of 70% make me a little uncomfortable.

    "The hedge funds own the debt in CNP. When the debt is swapped for equity, they could emerge owning up to 70 per cent of the new vehicle."
