Not sure about the USA properties.
If you trend the Reits on the Dow they are some of the best performing stocks year to date in the US.
Can't pretend to understand how Frank and the children at Westfield are thinking but some good malls in the US at bargin prices must look interesting if not to them then possibly one of the many hedge funds being set up now in the US to buy distressed Reits.
Either way CER should emerge unlocked from CNP with little or no debt and back to paying a divi.
Defab always said this was the right horse to be on as it had a better chance than CNP and that looks the case now.
The games have begun UBS are calling the shots along with JP Morgan & the Commonwealth bank.
Just wish the management would keep us up to date. Hopefully the AGM on the 15th they may share the grand plan for the split with CNP which seems to be gathering pace now.
