Any potential sale at the moment is very good news, so a sale of their management business is not a bad thing at a right price. I feel though that there are poker players at hand and that the price will be redundant.
As for the buying out of the company and taking on the debt, It would take more BOS than the HC CNP forum by 1 million fold to do that!
