Please keep in mind that the new management will go out of their way to put all losses into last years figures to start anew when they are 'repsonsibe'.

This bad news will be tempered by the release of sales beforehand - albeit occurring in the 2009 financial year.

It's SOP in these situations so be prepared for it. Headline figures likely to be grossly misleading - need to take out one off, and non repeating costs and fees and look at income growth - yes growth.
