CNP will find it very difficult to pay off so much debt without ending up a lot smaller with less revenue, not to mention the reputation hit it has suffered. Property valuations will come back but this will take a long long time. It is important to realise that the non-distribution of dividents and the dilution will make the shares unattractive to institutional investors.
