Chachabear, the hybrid securities are not options. They are only converted if Centro shareholders vote for it, and even then, not for 7 years.

Where do you get a conversion price of 13c from? Not saying you are wrong, just don't know where this comes from.

I don't have Centro's current property values to hand, but I'm guessing in 7 years they will be alot higher (50%, 100%?). What would this do to NTA?

This deal gets better the more I think about it.
