I wonder how many of the claimants knew the difference between "Current Liabilities" and "Long Term liabilities"? Also if no mistake had been made in categorising these loans whether that would have made any difference to their investment decisions in reality as opposed to theory?
In my cynical mind it seems to me a lot of investors are hopping onto a bandwagon to compensate for their own poor investment decisions, coupled with a few greedy law firms who see a load of motza just ready for the taking.
Incidently I lost a lot on CNP but have left it behind and moved on.
