A full sell off of the entire business is one of the many options being considered and the announcmenet yesterday was more to say we may sell one property or all of them.
Your post is only reflective of one possible outcome and quoting "The Australia" newspaper as a definitive source of what will definitely happen is not a credible position.
I did not read anywhere that they are definitely selling off the entire business.
I would suggest a carve up to various players is more likely, though not definite.
A carve up to a numberr of parties would offer more value to security holders as they can work with many partys to squeeze out better options.
As everyone one knows the sum of the parts is worth more than the whole thing by itself.
If they sell out everything I would hope it is to many parties
