This is an all or nothing scenario. It's administration or a 5 bagger. If they can refinance their short term debt this will enable the company time to sell assets closer to book value. The risk is not operational it's financial. The shopping centres are doing well, so if the company can get outta this refi hole there's plenty of upside and it's a bet worth taking imho.
