If you research you will find there are places where RE prices for houses have gone up, like for example 22% in California where in other areas there are foreclosures and the market is flooded. Also from what I've read, the commercial property prices are still good in the US.
Anyway, It is a positive quarterly and hope those journos don't find some way to put a negative spin on it. It is always delightful to see the hearts of holders gladden as per CNP barrackers this afternoon.
