2 Key figures.
1. Rental income growth up 9.6% Australia & 10% US.
2. Sales growth Australia 7% .
Think this should help with the interest bill & may be pay a few lawyers etc.
Given the doom merchants out there it is pleasing to see someone is going to shopping centres & spending money. Guess part of Australia sales growth relates to increase food prices, so through actual volume of goods may be down, total value still higher.
Not sure it will have an impact on share price but who cares! CNP properties are not ghost towns if we believe the figures.Think these figures speak louder than some "journalists" telling us how much CNP owes & loss last half.
