I am actually hoping for some of my $1.34 paid for CNP back. Maybe at the expense of a slight fall in my CER???? I converted most of my CNP to CER some time ago.

1. The Board of Directors of IMF (Australia) Ltd announces that a court ordered
mediation in the class actions against Centro Retail Limited and Centro MCS
Manager Limited and against Centro Properties Limited and CPT Manager Limited
has been convened for 16th July 2009.
2. This announcement should not be taken to mean any more than that the parties
propose to discuss settlement in good faith.
