It's not about getting rid of all the debt.... It's about getting rid of an appropriate enough portion that will satisfy creditors and rating agencies that Centro's gearing levels are good enough to allow the rest of the short term debt to be converted into long term debt (and at a reasonable price).
In a nut shell... "This will lower the risk profile of the company"
