I know 2 heads have been claimed (CEO & Chairperson)due to what has happened, but I wonder how other directors feel given they approved these decisions at board level.
Whilst it may look like defeat to step down from the board, I think all directors should take a good look at themselves & ask the question are they only there for the director's fees or do they really believe they are still the best qualified directors to lead this company in the future.
Believe AGM is a very important time in CNP future & I would hope directors consider the company above their own need for directors fees.
Up till now Annual Reports from CNP have boasted about its wealth creation process, if they are consistent with approach, perhaps they could show their overall wealth destruction over the years, not that shareholders don't already know!
