    I saw the programme 4 corners, and Woolies and Coles are able to REDUCE their rent payment to the shopping centre IF there are "transgressions". However they do not have these agreements in every single shopping centre, just some.

    I wouldn't blame Centro, Woolies and Coles have competitors, growers, everyone over a barrel. I think 4 corners is replayed during the week sometime.

    I believe they pay rent according to their profits, so the more they earn the more they pay to Centro.
