A weaker australian $ is good for foreign purchasers.
Centro only has one problem - there dont appear to be any purchasers (whether they be local or foreign) who will pay what they want.
People are prepared to sit on the sidelines and wait. They obviously feel that given time Centro will fallover and they will pick the properties up cheaper (and the dollar will forseably fall more).
Who would have thought nine months down the track we would have seen virtually no sales? Some may blame how they were marketed etc. I don't I personally just feel the economy is just stuffed at the moment and people think it is going to fall even more.
