Swap, it might be stating the obvious, but if the sales were to be delayed beyond the September deadline for whatever reason, surely the banks would offer a further extension, knowing that CNP are so close to retiring a huge chunk of debt.
It just wouldn't make sense for the banks to offer the previous extensions then pull the pin now.
