Remember, on the information we have so far, the debt-to-equity swap, associated dilution and dividend stopper applies only to CNP.
We have seen nothing to suggest that CER will be diluted and I doubt that there will be a dividend stopper on the trust, given the need for CNP to get cash out and the tax implications of doing so.
