Ahhhh, the twists & turns - it's getting interesting! It's certainly not a professional or sophisticated start from the CNPSA imo - let's see if there is any substance behind the Bankers.
Mrs Lou's daughter (I think) is studying law at Harvard, so at least they should have some good in-house counsel.
I don't know why Mrs Lou:-
a) Wanted an Agency Agreement??? This seems a little mercenary & could be viewed as a being a little unprofessional imo; and
b) Why she wouldn't sign a Confidentiality Agreement??? As basically they are really only a show of good faith & any breach is difficult to prove & therefore enforce imo.
It was a good & professional response from Uncle (and the Company) tho imo.
