    Reggiemiller, I agree we should discuss CER in CER forum, but no one ever goes there. Since CNP & CER are so related,every discussion is applicable to CER.
    CER will only pick up when there is a done deal about debt to equity swap for CNP until then I don't see SP for either hitting 20cents.

    Currently there is so much value in the market that investors are ignoring CNP & CER due to uncertainty.
