decemberstar, sorry a a bit of confusion here my point being cer will just get another R.E and yes i understand that the re needs to be running the other share of the malls as well.Sorry bout the confusion...Either way our balance sheet looks in much better shape compared to our Big brother.But gearing levels over time will have to be lowered and this can be done...
