Centro Properties Group sold Madison Plaza in Madison, WI, to Boyson & Associates for $4.7 million, or about $84.50 per square foot.

The property is at 4611-4633 Verona Road. Madison Plaza is a 40,425-square-foot strip center, was built in 1990 and is on 6.7179 acres. Also included in the sale is 4641 Verona Road, a 15,500-square-foot Walgreens store that was built in 1995.
