I personally am not sure when they (Jones Lang LaSalle) started the advertising/marketing campaign because I have not been buying the Fin. Review of late - however, I can tell you that I have seen those Fin. Review half (or quarter) page ads in the Fin. Review this week. I would certainly suggest that their advertising/marketing campaign started looooong before now when the final expressions of interest are being sought. If you really want to know the answer then why don't you ring up Centro IS (or even JLL) and ask them??? You can probably form even more conspiracy theories then, lol.
