Did not find any infos that 20 appartements are left for sale. So I just rang, "Peter" told me there are still some left, but not being in the position to tell me the exact number. And he wasn't aware of the PDF-file not available. He promissed me to fix that problem. Anyway I agree an update wouldn't hurt.
Today's TH request suggest that the comp, or better the financial backers, are confident that there is an upside in the market to come.
