Because they are not being honest with their shareholders and they appear to be in a dire situation. Whether they are paying their interest bill or making a profit (which they arent) is inconsequential. Suspensions are designed for this exact situation. There are too many incentives for large players to not let CNP recover. A faltering share price doesn't help them whatsoever.
Until CNP can make a clear statement and objective they should be in suspension.
