No investor, holder or trader will take the Herald seriously as they have probably read it all before. Also, the Herald has no intimate knowledge - its just a filler piece with the same old nonsense.

But it is probable that certain ppl want to undermine Centro efforts - I'm sue the list is as long as my arm! So, no credibility in the article and especially none from competitors and commentators, who would be very willing buyers of bits of Centro.

BTW, I guess its obvious, but any number of coys would love to get some Centro assets - at a significant discount of course - and why, because they know the value of those properties!
