    I see the following possibilities for centro:

    1. US hedge fund purchasing the entire company for $1.40 per share.
    2. US hedge fund FREE acquisition of US assets and associated debt with Australian assets refloated in Australia or retained by Centro with associated capital raising by rights issue if required.
    3. As rates fall in the states the cost of debt for centro falls for the bulk of its debt and therefore refinancing may be possible. Dividend should be 30c per share within 2 years and share price to be $4
    4. When people lose their houses they don't stop eating and they still have to live somewhere. The housing crisis should not effect second tier consumer spending.
    5. Warren Buffet would buy Centro if it was on his radar...It is undervalued and the shock to the business was a one off!
