centro way out, page-2

I've been in and out of Centro in the past couple of weeks, currently out.

The whole white knight scenario although possible seems less likely.

Centro has set itself up to be such a convoluted and complex beast, no-one wants to essentially buy it lock stock and barrel because no-one is sure what the heck it all is. ie. afraid too many skeletons in the closet.

The speculation of late is that various players want parts of Centro - essentially a dissection and sell off of the parts.

This could leave Centro "alive" yes but now a company managing its worst performing assets with the likes of Westfield etc buying the best parts at discount prices.

How the management could have been so painfully inept to allow this avoidable disaster to happen is beyond words.
