Jenny, i think u need to read more books on the stock market and stop following the herd...The stock market in general is well undervalued and all the teenie bopper fund managers who consistently tell their clients to sell a certain stock even though the stock has a history of performing well are with out doubt inexperienced fund managers who don't deserve to play with millions of dollars; most of these fund managers are your kids and make their decisions on pure stock price rather then business value.Who is the market? Answer > You are the market.Just remember In the short term, the market is a voting machine. But in the long run, the market is like a weighing machine–assessing the substance of a company. The message is clear: What matters in the long run is a company’s actual underlying business performance and not the investing publics fickle opinion about its prospects in the short run. When posting b.s like that without any reasoning u honestly need to do a thorough research on any given company whether its centro or any other listed company on the asx.. Be a bit more specific with your reasoning rather than listening to short term noise... and to other potential investors of any blue chip or small -medium cap companies, Don’t focus on macro economics stuff, predictions, etc. It is all irrelevant.Bear and bull markets are exactly the same; from one extreme to another.Great investment opportunities come around when excellent companies are surrounded by unusual circumstances that cause the stock to be misappraised. We know centro have the assets their we also know the banks have supported gr and c.o and we also know the stock is well undervalued so why the hell firstly would u sell your holdings or secondly short the stock. If you invested in centro u would know where the longer term value is. If u cant sleep at night thinking that the price might drop after market close, then u should honestly sell your holdings to someone who has faith in this company and believes that this is only short term noise and eventually light at the end of the tunnel. In what others consider hard times and poor business, you will find your greatest opportunities. Centro will survive regardless of current sp. Be patient and let gr and c.o do their job.The longer this goes on the better the situation for centro.Banks in my opinion should have even extended this till 2010 as time is the healer. But never the less, we will come out of this stronger and reflect back at the missed opportunity that the current market offers.Good luck to all centro holders and remember mistakes come from acting hastily, from acting in fear or doubt, or from forgetting the right motive, which is more life to all and less to none.
