This stuff basically says that the headstock, CNP is worth nothing. It seems that they are working on saving CER. Maybe that is why the CNP price is trailing the CER price. The market already has it factored in.

For CNP to be worth less than CER it must have a negative value on its own.

I would be very careful here now.
