I think the market is rightly pricing it now, given the risks it faced. Only the unsecured loans of banks will be our savior in a way that banks will support Centro. I am of the opinion that Centro will survive, as long as they get long extension (which is very likely). It's survival will be based on likely improvment in credit market and housing market and not on so called centro's affords. As we can see Centro wasn't able to do much to save itself other than blowing up almost 90 mil of liquidity facility since last extension. I am wondering what did they do with the divident withheld? I am losing trust but unfortunately I have no option but wait until sp improves.
