    Note that the Banks gave Centro the ~$145m Liquidity facility at the Banks cost [approx. 3%] or very close to it. So think about that for a minute!

    I also understand that Sir Rod (JPM Australia's chair) will be just as bullish as he was with Ralph Norris last time; and trust that he will continue as a persuasive advocate of Centro this time around at the September milestone!
