My feeling is that CNP wont turn until real news of real asset sales hit the market. The banks are now looking at Sept 30th as their next date.
Some 7 months have rolled by now with NO asset sales. If there are still NO sales by Sept 30th, the banks may well just spit the dummy.
There is a 3 month window for positive action by CNP. Until that news appears, they will most likely continue to drift.
